Postcard documentation of action
During my residency at Agora Collective in Berlin, I was struck by how welcomed I felt. I learned that Berlin had a large population of foreign residents. So, I decided to walk the streets of Berlin and gather narratives from residents about what they usually do to welcome visitors. I asked Berliners to write their welcoming habits onto postcards I designed and then mailed them to friends in the United States.
